3. Professional Responsibility
The Teachers Collective provides guidance, discussion, and educational resources for Pilates teachers.
You acknowledge that:
You remain fully responsible for how you teach your clients
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, qualifications, and professional standards
Any teaching decisions you make are your own and not directed, supervised, or controlled by Amy Walker T/A Sculpt Pilates
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content within The Teachers Collective including videos, tutorials, class plans, PDFs, recordings, and written materials is the intellectual property of Amy Walker T/A Sculpt Pilates.
You may:
Use the content for your own learning and professional development.
You may not:
Repurpose, reproduce, share, sell, or distribute content
Use class plans, programming, or materials directly with your own clients or students
Record, screenshot, or copy content for external use
Unauthorised use of content may result in immediate removal from the Collective without refund.
5. Membership Access & Payments
Membership is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.
6. Community Conduct
The Teachers Collective is intended to be a respectful, supportive space.
Harassment, discrimination, judgement, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Amy Walker T/A Sculpt Pilates reserves the right to remove any member who violates these values, without refund.
7. Updates to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued membership in The Teachers Collective constitutes acceptance of any changes.
